Socially oriented, VLS actively makes a difference in the lives of rig operators. Each operator is specially selected and trained by a VLS academy to ensure they are qualified, and more importantly, that the VLS franchise will improve their living circumstances significantly.
We work to enable a whole new class of talented would-be entrepreneurs by allowing them to determine their own future and get output-based earnings that drastically increase their income.
To encourage social entrepreneurship, we:
Select lower-income individuals to setup Chamak booth franchises; enable them to be self-sufficient and improve their lives
Identify, train and mentor these entrepreneurs in learning the operations of the rigs and in the basics of business management
Help selected entrepreneurs by asking for a very low startup fee to start running each booth; a pay-as-you-go basis is used to recover cost of the rig
Design our business model and product for low fixed costs while maximizing space and functionality
VLS manages the high level business branding to create sustainable profits for the entrepreneur
